• Orders will be processed within 20 working days of receiving the authorized payment. Once the order is completed an email confirmation will be sent to customer registered email, followed by shipping details.
• Orders will be shipped via courier and shipping times will vary from country to country depending on custom clearance procedures.
• Delivery of orders also depends on whether the product is available in stock and if this is the case then the order will be shipped the next working day.
• Delivery charges are different for every country as it depends on the delivery location and weight of the package. (Delivery charges will be calculated at checkout).
• We ship via DHL. A tracking number will be sent to the customer once the order is shipped to track the shipment.
• Its the customer’s responsibility to track his/her shipment and make sure to receive it.
