Refund and Returns Policy

• We want you to be completely happy with your orders. Unfortunately, our products are altered “custom-made” according to specifications provided by you and therefore we cannot accept returns or refunds on the goods for any aspect of the product which has been determined by you in particular but without limitation incorrect measurements and fabric choices.
• Return or exchange request email for defected items only should be sent to [email protected] within 3 days of receiving the order.
• A customer will be given store credit only for the price of the item returned (the return must meet our store policy) excluding any taxes, duties or shipping paid.
• Store credit expires in 6 months from the day of purchase.


Important Notes:

• The merchandise must be returned in the same condition in which it was shipped to be eligible for exchange (Unused, Unworn, Undamaged and with the designer tag still attached), this includes the original packaging and the box it came in and must be delivered to the address doorstep as provided in our email confirmation.
• Clue is not responsible for international shipments lost in transit.
• Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
• Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they’re packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way.
• We recommend shipping  the returned packages via DHL, ARAMEX OR SAMSA under notification to [email protected]
